Payment Schedule:

• School fees are to be paid on a half-yearly basis, and boarding fees are to be paid in three easy installments, due on or before the 7th of April, October, and January of the academic session.
• Payments must be made through digital transactions, RTGS/NEFT or through payment Gateway in students Aap in favour of Gudha Public School, Neemkathana, payable at HDFC Bank.

Transport Charges:

• Transport fees are also to be paid half-yearly.
• No refund of the deposited half-yearly transport fee will be given if a student chooses not to use the school transport facility after depositing the fee.

Late Payment Penalty:

• A fine of ?50 per day will be charged if the fee is not paid on time, until the end of the month.
• If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the student's name will be struck off from the school rolls.

Fee Changes:

• The school management reserves the right to change or increase the fees due to an overall rise in operational costs or expenditures.
• In case a student is admitted mid-session, the hostel fee shall be charged after deducting the mess charges for the non-attending months.

Responsibility:

• It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure timely submission of fees.

Board Change Fee:

• For students taking admission in Class IX or XI CBSE (from a non-CBSE board): ?500 will be charged as a Board Change Fee.

Direct Admission Fee (X or XII CBSE):

• For Class X or XII direct admission in CBSE: ?5,000 will be charged as a direct admission and processing fee.

Fee Refund Policy (for hostellers):

• Withdrawal of admission within 0–7 days: Registration fee + Admission Fee + one-month hostel fee will be deducted. Tuition fee will not be refunded.
• After 7 days: No fee will be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed by cheque within 7 days of submitting the application.

Scholarship Guidelines:

• For Classes X–XII CBSE/HBSE & Other Boards: Scholarship percentage is calculated as the average of the first five subjects.
• For Classes X–XII RBSE & ICSE: Scholarship percentage is calculated as the average of all subjects.
• Scholarships are awarded only if specified in the scholarship chart or noted on the back of the admission form by an authorized person. Verbal discussions are not valid without written documentation.
• For Class XI, scholarships are valid only if the student continues to Class XII in the same school.
• For direct admission in Class XII CBSE, scholarships based on Class X marks will be reduced to 50% of the stated amount.
